What is the difference?
The level of involvement is what differentiates Hybrid learning from eLearning. While eLearning is self-paced, Hybrid learning allows for greater interaction between students and teachers.
Barefoot elearning comprises video-based content which is delivered in short modules, aka micro-learning, which can be accessed anytime anywhere on any device, and which gives the user flexibility in terms of scheduling their learning.
Hybrid learning on the other hand is instructor-led in a virtual classroom with other students with a fixed schedule. Learners can interact with the trainer in class.
