Can I try before I buy?

Yes, there is an option allowing you to register for the first module of any course barefootelearning.com/free-trial

How long does a course last?

There is no time limit for taking/accessing the course. However, if you do not pass a course module on the third attempt you will will not be able to access the course – please call our office on 020 3475 0755 or email sales@barefootelearning.com to request a reset. Only 3 resets per course are allowed, and then the course must be re-purchased.

How do I receive a course completion certificate?

A printable electronic course completion certificate is automatically generated in PDF format complete with the accrediting body logo upon passing the end of course test. You must open & download this certificate at the time of completion. You can find an example certificate here.

Do the courses work with any device?

Yes, the courses can be run on any computer, tablet or mobile phone with internet access.

How can I purchase a course?

Just add the course you wish to buy to your basket and check out. Once payment is complete, you will receive an email with a username and password which will allow you to log into your training right away. If you cannot find an email, first check your junk folder and if there is still no email, please call our office on 020 3475 0755.

How do I pay for a course?

You can purchase a course online using PayPal or a credit card. If you wish to pay by invoice for a number of courses, please call our office on 020 3475 0755. 

How do I purchase courses for a number of employees?

Volume discounts are available for a 10+ employees. Please call our office on 020 3475 0755 or email sales@barefootelearning.com to discuss your requirements.

Can I customise a bundle?

Yes. If you contact us at contact@barefootelearning.com, we would be happy to help you create your own customised bundle, with your business objectives in mind.

Is there a price list of all the courses?

Are your courses accredited?

All our courses are accredited by official approving bodies which you can find in our website footer. Many of the courses are approved for CPD (Continuing Professional Development).

How many CPD points do qualifying courses carry?

The general rule is that every hour of learning earns 1 CPD point.

What happens if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password please email contact@barefootelearning.com and we will send you an email with reset instructions.
